In order to increase production efficiency and welding quality, we decided to purchase 6 new SP12 and SP25 welding positioners.

At the beginning of July 2023, our company began operations in a new assembly hall with an area of almost 700 m2, which also connects the two original production halls.

Due to the enormous increase in production requirements for dividing materials, UNIMONT – VMS decided to purchase the third EasyCut 6001.20 PG CNC cutting machine from the Slovak manufacturer MicroStep^®.
The cutting equipment has already been installed and material separation has started in early June 2023.

The company UNIMONT – VMS, s.r.o. increases precision in production by opening a new workplace for machining. The purchase of a new WFT 13 R CNC horizontal boring machine with a T20 rotary table and a 1800x2600mm clamping plate will relieve existing machine tools, increase production capacity and at the same time open up new production possibilities.

In August, our company began the construction of a new assembly hall, which is an extension to the existing large-scale production hall.

Our company has on 31.05. – 02.06.2022 participated in the leading world fair for the management of water, waste water, waste, processing of secondary raw materials and maintenance of roads.

Our company has on 05.05. - 07.05.2022 participated in the Waste Management and Recycling Fair in the German city of Karlsruhe.

Our company has cooperation with TÜV Thüringen Slovakia s.r.o. in the field of production certification and qualification of welding processes.

The company opened a new company store in 2021

During 2021, our company carried out the reconstruction and repair of the external production premises of hall No. 1, the reconstruction of the gatehouse and entrance areas to the company premises.
